Halloween Cake Pops Ideas

Celebrate this coming fun Halloween with these spook-tacular pops! We have Frankenstein, mummy, vampire and many more to in the list!

1. Eye Ball Pops

Have an eye-popping treat this Halloween! This cake pop is beautifully decorated to look like an eyeball. It’s basically cake pops dipped in white melted candy coating. Green candy is use as the eye’s color. Edible ink pen is used to draw the red blood vessels around the eye. You could pour a little bit of red syrup on a plate before serving to make it look like it’s fresh.

These eyes has been stabbed with forks! Gruesome! Instead of candy for the eye, the creator uses icing instead.

2. Vampire Boy

Dress up your cake pop into a handsome vampire! The cake pop is decorated with black chocolate for the hair and eyes. You can use toothpick as brush to get the perfect round eyes. White chocolate is used for the fangs. For the cape, you can use fruit roll. By simply pinching it together, the fruit roll will hold itself up nicely.

3. Ghost Pops

This is a cute one! Looks like the little ghost is going for a trick-or-treating as well. Castella cake is used to make this amazing pop. First, you have to mix it with some cream so it’s easy to shape it. Make tiny ghost shape with the cake mix before coating them with white chocolate. The eyes are drawn using edible ink. For the tiny pumpkin, chocolate candy is used. Edible black ink is later used to give it a pumpkin face.

4. Frankenstein

Looks like the 4th member of the Halloween creatures finally made its appearance. Frankenstein! Instead of using cake pops, marshmallow is used instead. It has the perfect square shape that fits Frankenstein. Rather than lollipop sticks, you can probably use the entire pretzel stick instead as the holder. That makes the entire thing edible!

5. Mummy

At first glance, I thought they’re made with bananas but no. They’re actually made with 3 marshmallows stacked together on a lollipop stick just like a kabob! White candy melt is drizzled around it to make the mummy stripes. It’s okay to use one marshmallow and decorate it the same way for a light treat especially when you have a lot more cool dishes in the list.

Our list deserves a bat don’t you think? You just need one piece of the Oreo biscuit for the wings. You’ll have to split it in half for that. You can glue the candy eyes onto the biscuit using chocolate. The teeth are made of almonds which is glued to the biscuit using chocolate as well.
