Halloween Spider Decorations

Spiders are horrifying! Just one of these creepy crawlers landing on your face will send you running and screaming. That’s what makes them perfect as one of the scary creatures in Halloween. Rather than random decorations all around the house, why not try a themed decoration motive instead? Here’s a list of spider decoration that will blow your mind!

1. Giant Tree Spiders

There’s no better way to welcome your trick-or-treat guest than to show what happens to those who dare to approach your house with this decor. If it works right, it should send any kids running back to their homes. You can save all those candies for yourselves.

2. Spider Nest

Putting huge sized spider props around the house creates the illusion as if your house has become a monster nest. Pretty creepy huh?

3. Spider On Lighted Jar

Halloween decors are better with lights! So, here’s something just for that. The light source can be from a battery-operated LED. Using candles is also possible depending on how you make it. Just be sure not to put anything flammable in it. Checkout the source link below for tutorial.

4. Trail Of Spider

Creep out your guests with spider trails! Only the brave would dare to go through a door surrounded by spiders. This decor is made with a bag of plastic spiders from your dollar store. Magnetic strip is used to stick it onto the door surface. So, it’s easy to clean it up after the party.

5. Spider Egg Sack

A spider nest wouldn’t be like a true nest without egg sacs! This can be done by stuffing white leggings with something soft. Then, stick plastic spiders around it. Just be sure to stick them well. We wouldn’t want any of these creepy crawlies fall on top of our guests!

7. Spider Hallway

Make your hallway spookier than ever! With a little effort, you can make it look realistic. The materials used are spider webbing, pack of plastic spiders and double stick web. Spread the webbing as thin as possible to make it look like the real thing.

If you’re not expecting guests, the front porch should be your main decoration stage. Put more focus and effort into that area. With combination of one or more of the ideas here, you’ll be able to create a warm and creepy porch in your neighborhood. Just like this one:

We hope we didn’t freak out anyone with this list. Fear of spiders (arachnophobia) is real. Make sure you don’t have any guests with that kind of phobia before inviting them. We wouldn’t want to offend anyone would we? This is the end of the list. Share it if you like it!
